Oliver Brachat is in fact a trained chef. He did his apprenticeship in the Black Forest region of Germany and then worked for several top Germany restaurants.   On an extended working holiday in the United States, he bought a second-hand Leica camera and discovered his love for photography. Back in Germany he was fortunate enough to join Christian Teubner's highly regarded food photography studio. There, Oliver picked up the tools of the trade and became a successful food stylist.   In his spare time he continued to take pictures and, under the pseudonym 'Marc O. Finley', published his photographs in culinary magazines, cookbooks and websites.   Today, Oliver has finally launched his career as a professional photographer. See the results for yourself!
